They are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. The specific scope, rate, and terms of any work are fixed only in a signed engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it abusively, or submit the contact form with false identities or for spam. We may block access that does any of these.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and the aiduty name are owned by AITEST S.R.L. unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.

Contracting entities

AITEST S.R.L. · J2024035731001 · RO50782124, registered in Romania, is the contracting party for engagements in the EU and by default elsewhere. Where a client prefers to contract with a United States entity, engagements may instead be contracted through Cristian LLC, a Delaware company, duly incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, having its registered address at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, #2299, New York, New York 10013.
